Service Description
The Inner Reset Journey is a trauma-informed, heart-centered 1:1 process designed to help your nervous system release accumulated stress and emotional blocks. This journey includes six guided sessions, with a personalized care plan after each session to support your healing and integration. You will also receive full access to the Inner Reset 21 self-guided healing app, offering simple practices and guided meditations to support your nervous system between sessions. Please select your preferred time below to schedule your first session. The remaining sessions will be arranged together as we progress through the journey. This booking calendar is reserved for workshop participants who have already completed payment.
