About Wendy

Wendy Lee is a Holistic Healer, Trauma-Informed Coach, and the founder of KusalaFlow®—a healing studio based in Italy devoted to energy medicine, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care. Born in Hong Kong, Wendy draws from an integrative healing toolkit that includes Spinal Flow® Technique, breathwork, sound healing, Compassionate Inquiry, and Star Magic remote healing. She helps clients release emotional, physical, and energetic pain—supporting them to reconnect with their true selves and awaken the innate intelligence within.

Her approach is rooted in years of study and lived experience in the healing arts. Wendy trained in Spinal Flow® Technique with Dr. Carli Axford, studied Interpersonal Neurobiology through the Mindsight Institute founded by Dr. Dan Siegel, and immersed herself in the trauma-informed work of Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur. Blending ancient wisdom, modern science, and spiritual insight, she offers a trauma-informed path to healing that touches every level—mind, body, and soul.

 

Wendy is a firm believer in the deep interconnectedness between energy flow and overall well-being. She holds that blockages or disruptions in our energy don’t just affect physical and emotional health—they shape the dynamics of our entire lives. Her philosophy is grounded in the understanding that our outer reality mirrors our inner state, and that true, lasting transformation begins with full integration within.

Through KusalaFlow®, Wendy has guided countless clients through profound inner shifts—without medication—by helping them access what was always there: their inner wisdom and natural capacity to heal. Her mission is to help others remember that we are energy beings, and that when energy flows freely, clarity, vitality, and purpose follow. Healing begins from within—and with it, a life of wholeness, confidence, and authentic expression becomes possible.
