About Wendy Lee - KusalaFlow
I work with people who've been living with pain for a long time. Physical pain, emotional pain, or both. People who've tried many things and are still searching for something that feels different.
What I've learned is that pain isn't the problem we think it is. It's communication. The body is trying to tell us something, and when we learn to listen, things can shift in ways we didn't expect.
My work is simple. I help people reconnect with what their body already knows how to do—heal, release, and flow.
The Work
I use Spinal Flow–based sessions to work with the body's innate intelligence. This isn't about forcing change or fixing what's broken. It's gentle. It's about helping blocked energy move again so the nervous system can finally feel safe.
When the nervous system feels safe, the body starts to let go. Tension softens. Pain eases. Old patterns begin to release.
For some people, the shift is physical—they notice movement returning, pain reducing, energy coming back. For others, it's emotional—clarity returns, overwhelm lifts, life starts to feel lighter.
When deeper wounds need attention, I integrate trauma-informed compassion-based sessions. This work honors what the body has been holding and creates space for it to be released without force.
The Retune Pathway
Over time, I developed The Retune Pathway—a way to bring this work to people wherever they are.
It starts with education. I don't ask anyone to trust something they don't understand. We map stress patterns, health history, and what the body is holding. In person, I assess posture and spinal blockages. We look at where energy isn't flowing and why.
Sessions are gentle and non-manipulative. I'm activating what's already there—the body's own ability to heal itself. Before and after each session, we compare. People see the shift, feel the difference.
For those who need it, I teach simple daily tools—breathwork, meditation, small practices adapted to where each person is. These aren't complicated. They're meant to fit into real life.
The Retune Pathway will soon be available as a 21-day self-guided program for people who want to learn and practice on their own.
What People Notice
Clients often say they feel energy moving through the spine during sessions. Some notice pain reducing within the first few sessions. Others feel emotional ease—like something they've been carrying for years finally has permission to leave.
The change isn't only physical. It affects how life feels. More energy. Less overwhelm. A sense that things don't have to be so hard.

How This Works
This work isn't passive. Healing happens when we participate in it.
I don't fix people. I help create conditions where the body feels safe enough to do what it's been trying to do all along—release, restore, reconnect.
Some people arrive through referrals. Others come because they sense there's something deeper than symptoms. Either way, what I offer is a space to be heard, to be met, and to remember what the body already knows.
If you're tired, if you've tried many things, if you're quietly hoping that life doesn't have to feel this way—this work might be for you.
In-person sessions are available in Italy for Spinal Flow Technique Sessions and compassion-informed sessions.
Online sessions are available for compassion-informed work.
The 21-day Retune Pathway is coming soon for self-guided learning and healing.
