Cancellation Policy
KusalaFlow® Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For Exclusive Frequency Reset Intensive bookings, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are handled on a case-by-case basis.
