KusalaFlow® Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy The Retune Pathway™ Immersion The Retune Pathway™ Immersion is a private three-day studio-based experience. A €825 deposit is required to reserve your agreed dates. The remaining €825 balance is due no later than seven days before the Immersion begins. We kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you contact Wendy more than 14 days before the Immersion, your deposit may be transferred once to new dates, subject to availability. The rescheduled Immersion should take place within three months of the original booking date. Late cancellations, cancellations within 14 days, and no-shows are handled with care on a case-by-case basis. Because three private studio days have been reserved and preparation has begun, the deposit may be retained. If Wendy needs to cancel or cannot provide the Immersion, she will offer alternative dates. If this is not possible, any payment received for the Immersion will be refunded. Accommodation, meals, flights, airport transfers, local transport, travel insurance, and other travel arrangements are organised separately by the client.
