These terms apply to your use of www.kusalaflow.com and any related subdomains (including the Inner Reset digital platform). By using this site, booking a session, or purchasing a digital product, you're agreeing to these terms.

Booking Sessions

How It Works:
You can book sessions directly through the website. Payment is processed online via the booking system or in person at the time of your session.

Health Questionnaire:
Before your first session, you'll need to complete a health questionnaire. This must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it's not received in time, we may need to reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a regular session.

For Exclusive Frequency Reset Intensive bookings, we ask for at least 14 days' notice.

Late cancellations and no-shows are handled case by case. We understand life happens—just let us know as soon as you can.

Refunds for Sessions:
We do not offer refunds for sessions once booked. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.

 

Digital Products (Inner Reset 21)

The Inner Reset 21 is hosted on a subdomain of kusalaflow.com but operates on a separate platform (Replit). Payment is processed through a different system than the main website booking.

14-Day Refund Policy:
If the program isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days, no refunds will be offered.

 

Medical Disclaimer

This is important:

The services and content offered through KusalaFlow—including Spinal Flow-based sessions, compassion-informed sessions, breathwork, sound healing, and the Inner Reset 21—are not medical treatment.

Wendy Lee is not a licensed medical professional. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under the care of a healthcare provider, please consult them before beginning any program or session.

This work supports your body's natural intelligence and is meant to complement—not replace—medical care.

By booking a session or using any program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

 

Your Information and Privacy (GDPR)

We collect personal information when you:

Name, email address, phone number, health history (as relevant), payment information (processed securely through third-party payment providers)

How we use it:
To provide your sessions, deliver digital products, communicate with you, and send occasional updates (only if you've opted in)

Your rights (GDPR):
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw consent for communications.
