Sometimes the body needs a different kind of attention. Compassion Renewal is a 50-minute online session — a trauma-informed, heart-centred process that gently meets what your nervous system is carrying. It's a safe, held space. There's nothing you need to prepare. This session is a good first step if you're preparing to visit me in person but want to do some groundwork first. Or if something deeper has come up and you're not sure where to begin. Or if you simply need to feel held for a while. After each session you'll receive personalised care notes to support what's been opened.
