ABOUT WENDY

I help people live without pain so they can live their life fully.

I work with people who've been living with pain for a long time. Physical pain, emotional pain, or both. People who've tried many things and are still searching for something that feels different.

What I've learned is that pain isn't the problem we think it is. It's communication. The body is trying to tell us something, and when we learn to listen, things can shift in ways we didn't expect.

My work is simple. I help people reconnect with what their body already knows how to do — heal, release, and flow.

"Nothing is missing. Your body already carries everything needed to heal. Reconnection is the work."

How This Works

This work isn't passive. Healing happens when we participate in it.

I don't fix people. I help create conditions where the body feels safe enough to do what it's been trying to do all along — release, restore, reconnect.

Some people arrive through referrals. Others come because they sense there's something deeper than symptoms. Either way, what I offer is a space to be heard, to be met, and to remember what the body already knows.

Spinal Flow Technique®

A gentle, hands-on approach that works with the 7 Gateways of the spine and 33 access points to release blockages caused by chemical, physical, or emotional stress. It activates your body's innate healing intelligence — releasing tension so healthy communication flows between brain and body again.

Compassion Renewal

A trauma-informed, heart-centred conversation process that helps uncover emotional patterns and beliefs stored beneath the surface. The session invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and listen to the wisdom your body has been holding. We explore not to fix, but to understand.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

A science-based approach that trains the brain to reinterpret pain signals. Chronic pain is often neuroplastic — the brain produces pain even when there's no tissue damage. PRT helps "unlearn" this pain response, teaching the nervous system that the signals are a false alarm.
